PAYMENT

I offer several different payment methods and you choose the one that suits you best. Delivery of the painting takes place when full payment is received.

 

SHIPPING

I offer several different shipping methods, depending on what suits you best. Due to a often heavy textured base, I ship my artworks as whole. The painting can be sent by post or picked up in my studio in Jönköping. The paintings are always delivered ready to be hung directly on the wall, with or without a frame - entirely according to agreement and wishes. Estimated delivery time of finished work is 7-10 days within Sweden. Please note that for packages sent outside Sweden, any extra shipping fees (customs) are on the responsibility of the recipient. If you're not sure of your country's policies, please contact your local customs authority to get more information.

RETURN

Because all paintings are original and custom made, returns are not possible. If you have any questions or would like to see more pictures or video of the painting before buying, please contact us and we will help you.

 

DAMAGE

In the event of a damaged product, contact me with pictures of the work and outer packing packaging within 48 hours of picking up the product. Send pictures and a written description to studiosjolander@outlook.com

 

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

When you buy a painting from me, a certificate of authenticity is always included, i.e. a document with the work's name, measurements, details and my signature. In a world where plagiarism and copies are common, the possession of a certificate of authenticity means a guarantee that the work is genuine. It minimizes the risk of forgeries and can increase the value of the painting if the artist's work becomes well known and sought after in the future.

 

HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

I comply with the GDPR and believe that personal privacy is important. When buying online and in contact with me, the personal data that you entered yourself is saved for shipping and accounting. If you sign up for the newsletter, your name and email will be saved and used only by me. No information about you is shared with third parties. With your approval, final results in the form of images, text or reviews from you may be shared for marketing purposes.

 

OTHER PRODUCT INFORMATION

As each painting is only available in one copy, the principle "first come, first served" is applied when purchasing. As sales take place both through this website and other channels/studio visits, I reserve the right that products may be sold out. I always update the website as soon as I have the opportunity.

Keep in mind that different screens reproduce colors in different ways, so it can be difficult to guarantee that the images on the website accurately reproduce the color and appearance of the products. I do my best by photographing as professionally and realistically as possible, but if you are unsure, please contact me. I offer both video calls and personal visits to my studio to look at available works.
