SPECIAL ORDERS

Can't find a painting that suits you? If time permits, I also accept orders! Here's how the process works:

 

1. We determine the dimensions, color theme and style of the motif

Either you come up with your own wishes for the above, or we can discuss what might be suitable. We can find inspiration in one/some of my previous works or think completely freely. (Please note that as an artist I always have the right to refuse your idea or wish if I don't feel that it is something I can help you with.)

 

2. You will receive a price quote and information about delivery time

Based on what we agreed on in point 1, you will receive a total price from me, including shipping and framing if you also wish. The delivery time for a custom work is currently between 6-12 weeks, it varies depending on how many special orders I have in queue.

 

3. Deposit paid

You pay 30% of the price as a deposit. This is to cover the basic cost of materials, etc. This amount is not refundable in the event of cancellation.

 

4. I paint, you are kept updated

I always keep you updated throughout the process with pictures and videos. (That is, if you wish. Some clients let me have complete freedom and trust my gut feeling and creativity to create exactly what is right.) I am available for questions throughout the process and you are most welcome to come by the studio and look at the work in the meantime.

 

5. You approve the work as finished, final payment is made, the painting is delivered as agreed.
